Electrical Stone Based Oven / MKEF
The Electric Deck Mini Oven has the ability for each deck to operate independently. Since the floors are stone-based, they spread the heat evenly. Temperature (bottom and top temperatures inside the deck) and steam time can be adjusted differently on each deck. Thus, different products can be cooked on each floor. For fermentation before baking, there is a fermentation cabinet under the oven where temperature and humidity can be adjusted. It can be used as a single deck and is modular, so floors, hoods, and fermentation cabinets can be added as needed. It has low energy consumption. It can be moved to the desired location thanks to its wheels.
